Texprint Sublimation Paper on a Shot Glass with a 3D Vacuum Heat Press
Application Instructions
- Turn the 3D Vacuum Heat press on.
- Set the heating button so both the top and bottom heating lights are on.
- Set the Temperature to 200 degrees C and time to 13 minutes.
- Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper.
- Trim the edges of the image and wrap around shot glass.
- Attach the image to shot glass using transfer release tape.
- Place the shot glasses within the mold and cover with the glass lid.
- Attach the rubber tube that is connected to the bottom of the 3D Vacuum Press to the white tube sticking out of the mold.
- Press vacuum button.
- Press the time button.
- Remove immediately once finished and peel hot. Use caution as shot glass will be very hot.
Texprint Sublimation Paper on Glass Drinkware with a Mug Press
Application Instructions
- Set temperature to 380-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Set timer to 120 seconds.
- Set Pressure at heavy.
- Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper.
- Trim the edges of the image and wrap around the item.
- Attach the image to item using transfer release tape.
- Press at 380 degrees F for 120 seconds with heavy pressure.
- Remove immediately from press once finished and peel hot.
Shot Glass In A Sublimation Oven
Application Instructions
- Set upper and lower oven temperature to 365° Fahrenheit
- Set oven timer to 10 minutes.
- Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper.
- Wrap the printed image around product and secure it with heat transfer tape.
- Slip your drinkware into the recommended shrink film sleeve.
- Apply heat to the shrink film using a heat gun until the film is tight on the item.
- Once the sublimation oven beeps confirming it has reached the appropriate temperature, place your item in
- the oven and close the door.
- Heat your product for 10 minutes at 365° F
- Remove immediately from oven once finished and peel hot. Use caution as the item will be very hot.
*A heat gun is required for irregular shaped drinkware. If printing on products with straight sides like a skinny tumbler, a heat gun is not needed, as the film will shrink with the heat from the oven.
